To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only and to the specific geographies serviced by them. We ship throughout the week during normal working hours except Saturday/Sunday/Public holidays (which are excluded to prevent the lag in shipments).
We currently do not levy any service charge.
Orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days post the receipt of the order and depending on availability of the fresh product. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. In order to avoid disappointment, we will not accept orders that need to be delivered to any pin code not serviced by our reputed courier partners.
Please note that the delivery timing depends on a number of factors like weather, unforeseen events, traffic conditions and other special events. However, we will always endeavour to complete the delivery as early as possible and keep you updated in case of any changes. We are not responsible for any delay caused by any unforeseen time lags by the courier companies in delivering the parcels to the customer, or if the customer is not available at the time of delivery.

UPI or Unified Payment Interface is a new mobile first payment mode for making payments to friends or businesses. This is launched by National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) and regulated by RBI.
UPI is built over Immediate Payment Service (IMPS) for transferring funds using Virtual Payment Address(VPA). VPA is a unique ID provided by the bank to a customer. A customer requires an MPIN (Mobile banking Personal Identification number) to confirm each payment.
PayUmoney, through its checkout pages, allows your customers to Pay to you using UPI as a payment method on our checkout pages. This does not require any extra integration changes at your end.

Tez is a mobile payments service by Google, targeted at users in India. It operates on top of the Unified Payments Interface, developed by the National Payments Corporation of India.
This option on our checkout products allows consumer to pay using Tez App. Once consumer enters his Tez handle on checkout, he will get a notification on Tez app on his mobile to complete the transaction. He can open that notification, enter his pin and complete the transaction. This does not require any integration changes from your end.
